There are multiple ways you can help create SMILES. Your donation will help provide the tools and products needed for a child’s makeover.
MAKEOVER SUPPLIES NEEDED
We can use any products that help children play “dress-up”. The items we need most often are the following:
Girls Supplies:
Hair:
- Mirrors
- Brushes, wide tooth combs, hair picks
- Detangling spray
- Any hair accessories: bows, ribbons, clips
- Fun hair pieces such as colorful clip-in hair extensions
- Tiaras
- Head bands
Make-up:
- Lip gloss, chap stick
- Nail stickers
- Lotion
- Body spray
Accessories:
- Costume jewelry – rings, necklaces and bracelets
- Stick on earrings
- Small purses or bags
Boy’s supplies:
- Sticker tattoos
- Hats/visors/caps
- Masks
- Capes
- Chap stick
- Rubber bracelets
Per hospital guidelines and for the safety of the children, all brushes and make-up need be new and unused. Each item we use in a makeover is donated to the child.
